The Forward Deployed Engineer acts as the bridge between customers and product engineering teams. The role involves understanding customer business processes, designing solutions, implementing integrations, configuring AI/software platforms, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.

3–10 years of experience in software engineering, solution consulting, implementation, or technical delivery roles.

Experience working directly with enterprise customers is preferred.
Customer Engagement & Solution Design

Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand business requirements and operational challenges.

Translate business needs into technical solutions.

Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations.

Create solution architecture and deployment plans.
Implementation & Development

Configure and customise the platform to meet customer requirements.

Develop integrations with customer systems, APIs, databases, and third-party applications.

Build prototypes, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and production-ready solutions.

Support AI model integration, workflow automation, and data pipelines where applicable.
Deployment & Delivery

Lead deployment activities and go-live support.

Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation.

Ensure performance, security, and scalability standards are met.

Coordinate with product and engineering teams for feature enhancements.
Continuous Improvement

Document best practices, deployment playbooks, and reusable components.

Share customer insights with product teams.

Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on field experience.
